AS OF AUGUST 6, 2011, GOLDEN TRIANGLE BOOKINGS ARE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE.

Did you know that you can leave from Albuquerque or Santa Fe, and return to your point of origin in one day, riding three different railroads?

On Saturday, May 23, 2009, train lovers had the opportunity to do just that--over 70 people traversed what is being called "the Golden Triangle," Albuquerque, Lamy, and Santa Fe on three different railroads: Amtrak (AMTK), Santa Fe Southern Railway (SFSR), and the New Mexico Rail Runner Express (NMRX).

Santa Fe Southern Railway (SFSR) continues to offer passengers the opportunity to ride the Golden Triangle ANY SATURDAY, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours ADVANCE NOTICE. We will make your reservations on Amtrak, secure a ticket on the New Mexico Rail Runner Express, and, of course, prepare your Santa Fe Southern ticket. You will also receive an SFSR lanyard with pictures of the trains you'll be riding.

Cost to ride unreserved seating on a Santa Fe Southern, Amtrak and Rail Runner:
$65 per person

Please be aware that SFSR makes no guarantees as to the on-time performance of any of the railroads involved, and we will do our best to ensure maximun fun for everyone.
